Disclosure pursuant to art. 13 of the Leg. Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003.

Pursuant to the regulations established by Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 ("Personal data protection code" (hereinafter known as the "Code"), we hereby inform you about the processing of personal data.

According to the mentioned law, we ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the principles of accuracy, lawfulness, and transparency, while safeguarding personal data privacy and personal rights.

Under art. 13 of the Leg. Decree no. 196/2003, we inform you about the following:

1. Purposes of data processing.

All data submitted to our Company are processed in respect of the "Code", only for purposes related to pre-contract requirements and executing acts or operations required to fulfil our contractual obligations towards yourself.

2. Data processing.

Your personal data is processed by authorised personnel using manual, computerised and telematic instruments, with the observance of all essential limits and conditions of the art. 11 of the Code, all cautionary measures pursuant to art. 4, par. 1, let. a).

3. Nature of collection and the consequences of a failure to provide.

The provision of personal data is obligatory for the stipulation and execution of contracts. When they are not required for legal or contractual reasons, the provision of provide personal data is optional, and a failure to provide is assessed by our Company, which takes from time to time its decisions accordingly, depending on the level of importance of asked and unprovided data. The holder also informs that unprovided, or wrong, compulsory data result in:

the holder´s impossibility to ensure the adequacy of data processing, essential to stipulate contracts;

a missed correspondence between the results of processing and fiscal, administrative obligations, or obligations connected to the operation itself.

The data are stored for the time required to fulfil contractual obligations, and then to meet the obligations required by the relevant laws and regulations, as well as for future commercial reasons.

As far as your data are concerned, you are entitled to exercise the rights granted in art. 7 (which is attached here) within the limits and the conditions pursuant to art. 8, 9 and 11 of the Code, by asking to the holder and/or the person in charge of the processing.

4. Scope and purposes of communication and divulgation.

Your personal data may be subsequently communicated, both in and outside the E.U., as well as to the following categories and individuals:

(Internal/external) officers or persons in charge of fulfilling the necessary contractual obligations, appointed by the Data Processor;

Public authorities, administrations and bodies, to fulfil legal obligations;

Sales network, to fulfil contractual obligations;

Third parties, which cooperate with us to fulfil the necessary contractual obligations;

Companies, bodies, consortia, organizations, for commercial, information system management, insurance purposes, and banks, within the law.

Further communication or divulgation is conditional on your approval.

The Data Controller is the company ELDES Srl, with registered office in Via di Porto 2/b Scandicci (Florence), with Andrea Lombardi being its Legal Representative.

5. Your rights in accordance with art. 7 of the Code.

You may contact the data controller without any formalities- at any time and for free - to exercise your rights envisaged by art. 7 of the "Code". For example, the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, and their communication in intelligible form, the right to be informed of the origin of the personal data, of the purpose and the manner of their use, the identity of the Data controller and/or the persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or may come into possession of them as designated agents or officers, the right to obtain updates, correction or completion of the data, deletion, their transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, the right to refuse, wholly or in part, to allow the use of personal data.
