ELDES S.r.l., a Florentine company, market leader since 1993 in the manufacture of high-end technology dedicated to Radar Systems for Meteorology and Defence, has been awarded in Rome at Campidoglio, of the “100 Italian Excellences” prize, which is now at its eighth edition. The awarding ceremony has been organized by the Liber association, which mission is the enhancement of merit, acquired at various levels in different sectors of national public life.
Receiving the award in the Protomoteca Hall, Mr. Eng. Andrea Volpi, President and CEO (photo) stated – “The award represents for ELDES an important milestone, confirming the ELDES represent a company that has always based its greatest value on the continuous pursuit of excellence, and I dedicate it to all the employees and co-workers, who have constantly contributed, with the quality of their work, to this story of success, creating a case history in the technological progress of the Country”
The event, sponsored by the Prime Minister’s Office and other Ministries, was also attended by the other protagonists of the 100 success stories, selected by a prestigious Committee of Honor of both civilian and military personality, representing the areas of the economy, science, arts, and public administration.
The event, attended by illustrious personalities and guests, was enjoyed by the notes of the Financial Police Band and the Air Force Band, that memorably performed the Italian national anthem.
